Paul,

Sorry - wasn't sure where to post this...

I'm having some hassles with POSTPROCESSRECORD.

I'm using it to write a file that will be read by some vb script / vb which will file the recording.

my .ini settings are:

POSTPROCESSRECORD=D:\Recordings\Processing\MakeInfoFile.bat

POSTPROCESSRECORDPARAM="$FP" "$CN" "$CT" "$TN"

POSTPROCESSRECORDDELAY=60

though I did have POSTPROCESSRECORDDELAY set to 0. (when is the ini read - presumeably at the sending of each marker?)

My .bat is one line:

echo %1,%2,%3,%4>D:\Recordings\%1_info.txt

This worked four times fine, but then stopped working. Everything still seems to be in the right place.

A snip from the log - the 1st 4 worked, but not since:

Does anything jump out from the log or settings?

when I'm not recording, I'll try a reboot.

If you set TraceFlags=2 (or higher) you will see more about what is happening ... but I can't see any good reason why it should have gone wrong.

Each time DABDig is run by a marker firing it is a new instance - it always reads the INI file afresh.

OK - shoot me.

I checked every single setting carefully didn't I?

I re-read the path to my .bat - yep spot on.

After increasing the logging though & still getting nothing, I went as far as cutting & pasting the path to the .bat in to a browser - I'd got it wrong!!!!

I bet it will work perfectly now!

I feel VERY stupid.

James
