I would like to set up the recording to produce an MPG file with the folowing settings:

Codec : MPEG Video 2

Bit rate mode : VBR

Width : 720

Height : 576

Aspect ratio : 16/9

Frame rate : 25

This will allow me to produce a DVD without having to convert the file.

I'v tried several setting in the INI file but none of them allow me to produce what I want!

Can you help?

Regards David

Try ATiMMCQuality=0

If you are able to set-up the ATi software to give you want you want and then schedule a recording using their GUI then I should be able to make mine do the same.

So - try the "0" above first.

If that works then great.

if not - then do it manually with the ATi software and drop me a note adn I'll tell you where to get some settings from that I can look at.
