I am using Digiguide->Dabdig->Webscheduler. Is it possible to prevent the web browser from launching when Dabdig passes data to Webscheduler?[web browser launches 10 mins before a recording ] Edited by Petrovski on Monday, January 16, 2006 - 1:00:14 PM Edited by Petrovski on Monday, January 16, 2006 - 2:41:18 PM Edited by Petrovski on Monday, January 16, 2006 - 2:46:01 PM I have sent you an update via email. However, I suspect that the problem with the timer entries not being picked up could also be a bug in DigiTV .. this has happened a few times in various builds of DigiTV and is why I still run an old build (at least I did until my machine broke a few weeks ago and my new one doesn't have a full height PCI clot to use). DABDig creator It doesn't apply to it at the moment - but I can make it do it. I'll send you a note when done (probably during Sunday). Alternate route would be to make sure that DABDig is able to write to the Nebula registry area. Maybe Vista is blocking it and only giving it a special sort of access and not saving it back to disk. Note sure how that works - but I got a Vista machine last week so will have a look. DABDig creator Is this supposed to work with the Nebula web scheduler? I've had to start using it because under Vista I can't get DigiTV to pick up the schedules from the registry. The NEBULADIGITVWEBSCHED=1 entry works but having the browser open for ever recording is very annoying. ok - all is well then. DABDig creator Looks like the "fix" in b22 has been omitted from b29? Just spotted INTERNALWEBSEND=1 in faq. [INTERNALWEBSEND=0 default] Just tried latest 2.56b29 - web browser is launching again! Looks like the "fix" in b22 has been omitted from b29? OK - good. It is very simplistic in its approach and doesn't handle Proxy set-up - but my guess was that it is probably all on same machine/LAN anyway so this would not matter. DABDig creator Yes, Thank You. Have been using it successfully this evening. Thanks Again. I have emailed you a version that tries to avoid launching the web-broswer (once you configure it that way).
